Dolce Mocha Biscotti (Another CLC Creation) Winter/Spring '08: On the corner of Bleecker & McDougal, in the West Village sits Le Figaro Café known for its desserts and coffee. (Of course, when I used to bartend there, it was also known for its killer cocktails)! On a warm day, an outdoor table was the perfect spot to people/celebrity watch while enjoying a cappuccino and biscotti. Dolce Mocha Biscotti is reminiscent of this experience. Almond biscotti, lightly dusted with confectioner’s sugar and drizzled with rich chocolate sauce is perfectly complemented with a steaming cup of frothy cappuccino. We took our famous Almond Biscotti blend and set it against a rich and creamy caramel mocha background. This fragrance is not too heavy on any one note, making this composition a perfect harmony for the nose.
